Hexicon publishes a supplement to the prospectus

NOT FOR RELEASE, DISTRIBUTION OR PUBLICATION, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG, JAPAN, CANADA, NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, SOUTH AFRICA OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE RELEASE, DISTRIBUTION OR PUBLICATION WOULD BE UNLAWFUL OR REQUIRE REGISTRATION OR ANY OTHER MEASURES.

Hexicon AB (publ) (“Hexicon” or “the Company”), has prepared a supplement to the prospectus regarding invitation to acquire shares in Hexicon, which was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the "SFSA") on 10 June 2021, and published by the Company on the same date (the "Prospectus"). The supplement has today been approved by the SFSA and has been published on the Company’s website.

The supplement has been prepared as a result of Hexicon on 14 June 2021 becoming aware that an objection had been filed with the Swedish Patents and Registration Office against one of the Company's granted Swedish patents on 11 June 2021. After consultation with the Company's patent attorney and in light of the fact that the objection essentially refers to documentation already known to the Swedish Patents and Registration Office, it is Hexicon’s assessment that the objection will not succeed.
